I’ve failed more times than I can count.
Just in the past year, I applied to jobs that I never heard back from, I spent a whole summer trying to create an audio e-commerce store that never got anywhere, and my last podcast never really caught on.
But I haven’t given up.
With every failure comes something learned, the ability to create something new, and a greater possibility for success.
But that’s only if one keeps trying.
Thomas Edison once said, “I have not failed. I’ve just found 10,000 ways that won’t work.”
It’s only because he never gave up that he was eventually able to create the lightbulb.
We’re all capable of great things.
But those great things don’t just happen.
It takes countless hours of work, patience, and not losing sight of what can be.
We each have the ability to create a better tomorrow.
But that’s only possible when we get back up each time after we fail.
It’s only when we’ve stopped trying that we’ve truly failed.
